Member Announcements

Meg Bandara will be teaching a pastel class Skies, Clouds, and Sunsets on Saturday and Sunday, April 18-19. Registration is required. More information at http://www.megbandarra.com/p/classes-and-workshops.html

Roger Duffy entered artwork at the TVAA “It’s Almost Spring” Art Show South Windsor Public Library, James 5: 17-18 received 3rd place in Graphics and Genesis 1: 11 received Best in Show this year. In addition, Roger has an illustration 1 Chronicles 16: 30-33 entered into The Friends of the Chicopee Public Library Fine Art Exhibit. The show run from March 3–27, 2020. And he is part of a show at The Burnett Gallery at Jones Library in the month of March.

Nancy Roy's Interactive School House offers art lessons and creative workshops. Experienced instructors with artwork featured in The Bohemian Owl teach modern and traditional art techniques.

Ruth Sanderson is teaching at The Eric Carle Museum on April 4th and her artwork is part of the History of Fantasy at The Norman Rockwell Museum.

Joan Setkewich received a merit award for her alcohol ink painting Waterfalls on display at the Chicopee Public Library. "The Friends of the Library's Art Exhibit" is open March 3-27. Reception and award announcements for the exhibit will be held Thursday, March 26 from 5-8pm.
