Member Announcements


Meg Bandara will be teaching a pastel class Skies, Clouds, and Sunsets on Saturday and Sunday, April 18-19. Registration is required. More information at http://www.megbandarra.com/p/classes-and-workshops.html

Congratulations to Rosemary Chaban, Alan Izatt and Sarah Madison on your artwork sales at our Granby Library Exhibit.


Roger Duffy is pleased to announce that his artwork Isaiah 40: 20-31 was accepted into the East Granby Juried 2020 Art Show in graphics and received the Best in Show award. The show is scheduled from January 25–February 29, 2020.


Fred Gao and Alan Izatt are exhibiting their artwork at The Granby Free Public Library in the month of February.


Congratulations to Bee Leake on the sale of four acrylic pieces In Her Natural Habitat, Red Eft on the Forest Floor, At Wolfe’s Neck all sold at the Hope & Feathers Small Works show. In addition, Bee is pleased to announce that many of their screen printed patches and their board game Pupper Supper are now for sale at Essentials in Northampton.


Nancy Roy's Interactive School House offers art lessons and creative workshops. Experienced instructors with artwork featured in The Bohemian Owl teach modern and traditional art techniques.


Congratulations to Susan Shellenberger and Suzanne Dudley on their artwork sales at Lathrop Community Art Gallery in January.


Rochelle Shicoff is exhibiting at "Partners", a group show of collaborative work at Gallery A3, in Amherst, from February 6–29. The Opening Reception on Thursday, February 6, from 5-8 pm, coincides with Amherst Arts Night Plus. At an Artists in Community Forum on on Thursday, February 20, at 7:30 pm, gallery members will talk about how they engage with partnership and co-creation in their work and invite questions and comments from the audience.


Barbara Sullivan is exhibiting her art at the Wilbraham Public Library for the month of February. Stop by anytime during library hours to lift your spirits with her happy colorful paintings.
