Auntie Elsie's Oatmeal Crisps, located at 40 Daniel Shays Hwy #4, Belchertown, MA, exhibits are starting back up on weekends in July with Noah Mashiak scheduled to exhibit, followed by Randi Shenkman in August, and Mary Gelezunas in September. Plein Air Exhibit

Quabbin Art Association members are scheduled to exhibit their Plein Air artwork at the Palmer Public Library in November 2021. More information to follow.

Palmer Public Library is open and welcoming artists to exhibit their art work once again. For the next 12 month period they have openings for September, October, and January of 22. Contact Denise Fontaine-Pincince, their volunteer coordinator, at dcfontaine@yahoo.com to schedule your exhibit. Stop by the library during working hours now thru the end of August to view Darlene Bergeron-Burns' multi-media show, 'Creativi-TEA'. It is out of this world!

Our next members plein air paint session is scheduled on July 28th at Mount Sugarloaf in Deerfield, MA. If you are interested in painting with us please reply to Bev Phaneuf, plein air coordinator, dbphaneuf@aol.com for outdoor painting site locations, and confirmed dates and times.

Thank you to Rick Guimond for volunteering to co-chair (with Tina Addison) our exhibit hanging committee. As of this writing our first QAA exhibit is scheduled for November at the Palmer Library featuring plein air paintings.

Ruth Sanderson will be conducting a plein-air workshop at the Norman Rockwell museum on Saturday August 7th, painting "Magical Trees." An accomplished, award winning artist, Sanderson is featured in the Fantasy exhibition. Canvas and basic oil paint included; participants may bring favorite colors if desired. Monson Arts Council is sponsoring Come and Write: a 4-week Poetry Workshop on Monday evenings, September 13, 20, 27 and October 4 from 6:30-8:30. $15 for all four sessions. Write, share and explore poetry, search for places to publish, and learn to constructively critique poetry. There will be a six person limit to attend this event- Sign up early! Workshop13 & Art Works Gallery are thrilled to announce the 3rd Annual Northeast Fine Arts Exhibition in Traditional Realism. Now accepting entries in oils, watercolor, sculpture, drawing, acrylic, pastel and mixed media. Awards in all 7 categories, over $5000 in prizes, including a $1000 Best in Show award!
